By placing a bid you agree to abide by the following terms:
Domain Restrictions
- Domain Names that display pornographic content are not permitted outside of the Adult Domains section.
- Domain Names that engauge in fraud, phishing, or other malicious activities are not permitted.
- Listing Domain Names that you do not own is not permitted.
Site Policies
- We reserve the right to modify your listing to comply with site standards.
- We reserve the right to make a small admin charge if you want to modify your listing details.
- The rank order of your listing is determined by the amount of your contribution. Your site will move down the rankings as others raise their bids.
- Your listing may be removed if it is found to violate the Domain Restrictions policies above.
- Your listing will remain on the site for a period of 2 years.
Refunds
- Bids may be refunded at our discretion.
